Management Consulting can involve a lot of different services. What services does Cornerstone specialize in and/or provide to its clients. That question should be answered in a few different ways – What services do the Core Group of Consultants provide? What services will the extended circles of Contractors and Volunteers also provide? And what might be some services that Cornerstone will NOT provide, but refer our clients to as part of that “cloud” of Partners, Service Providers, and Vendors?
Our focus is on solving our client’s problems. Every client is different, with different needs. We bring our highly developed skillsets to bear first in diagnosing problems and opportunities, then in evaluating and prioritizing them and finally in implementing appropriate solutions to solve the problems and take full advantage of the opportunities.
